Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will support the Sales Director in executing the company’s sales strategy by overseeing day-to-day sales operations, managing the sales team, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets. This role serves as the operational bridge between strategy and execution, driving performance, discipline, and accountability within the sales function.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Execution & Pipeline Management

● Translate the Sales Director’s strategy into actionable sales plans and team targets.

● Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to ensure consistent pipeline growth.

● Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

● Track and manage inventory movement (units sold vs. available stock).

2. Team Supervision & Performance Management

● Directly supervise the Senior Sales Property Executive and Sales Executives.

● Allocate leads and territories to maximize productivity and efficiency.

3. Coaching & Capability Development

● Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and on-the-job training to team members.

● Support onboarding and integration of new sales staff.

4. Client Engagement & Deal Support

● Support the team in handling high-value or complex client negotiations.

● Ensure a seamless and professional client experience from inquiry to post-sale.

● Maintain strong relationships with key clients, agents, and partners.

5. Sales Operations & Reporting

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

● Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the Sales Director.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

● Work closely with Marketing to ensure lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

● Collaborate with Finance on payment plans, client structuring, and deal closures.

● Coordinate with the Projects teams on unit availability and timelines.

7. Process Optimization & Compliance

● Ensure adherence to defined sales processes, policies, and pricing structures.

● Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and implement improvements.

Experience & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field

● 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or property development

● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

● Experience managing and developing a sales team

● Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analytics

● Strong sales execution and deal-closing capability

● Negotiation and client relationship management
