Job Title: Shop Attendant
Location: Amasaman-Accra
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Customer Service & Sales Support
i. Attend to customers professionally and assist them with product and service inquiries. ii. Promote tire sales, wheel alignment, balancing, repairs, and related services. iii. Support the achievement of daily and monthly sales targets. iv. Assist in upselling products and promotional offers to customers.
b. Shop Operations
i. Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the shop. ii. Ensure the shop environment is clean, organized, and customer-friendly. iii. Assist with receiving, arranging, and displaying products properly. iv. Ensure all operational procedures and company policies are followed.
c. Inventory Support
i. Assist in monitoring stock levels of tires, spare parts, and accessories. ii. Support stock receiving, labeling, and storage activities. iii. Report low stock levels or damaged items to management promptly. iv. Participate in periodic stock-taking exercises.
d. Customer Relations
i. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. ii. Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues where necessary. iii. Maintain good relationships with walk-in customers and regular clients. iv. Assist in gathering customer feedback to improve service delivery.
e. Administrative & Cash Handling Support
i. Assist with sales transactions and issuance of receipts where required. ii. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer transactions. iii. Support daily reporting activities and documentation. iv. Ensure proper handling of cash and company property.
f. Health, Safety & Compliance
i. Maintain cleanliness and safety within the shop and work areas. ii. Follow all safety procedures and proper use of equipment. iii. Ensure compliance with company health and safety standards. iv. Assist in ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
i. Senior High School Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. ii. Previous experience in retail, automotive services, or customer service will be an advantage. iii. Basic knowledge of tires, spare parts, or automotive services is preferred. iv. Must be physically fit and willing to learn.
