The Capital Group Limited has officially presented copies of the latest edition of the HR/IR Perspective Magazine to former Director of Human Resource at Electricity Company of Ghana, Mrs. Cynthia Amartey, following her exclusive feature in the publication. 

The presentation was made during a courtesy visit by The Capital Group team as part of efforts to officially engage featured personalities and institutions highlighted in the magazine. 

Mrs. Amartey’s feature, titled “Industrial Advantage Through HR: Linking Workforce Strategy to National Development,” explored the strategic role of human resource management in driving operational efficiency, industrial productivity, and national development within Ghana’s power sector.

The article further examined ECG’s investment in technical training, safety culture, customer service accountability, and strategic partnerships with international institutions to improve operational standards and prepare the workforce for emerging energy and technological demands.
