The Capital Group Limited Unveils Exclusive ECG Feature on Workforce Strategy in New HR/IR Perspective Magazine
The Capital Group Limited has officially presented copies of the latest edition of the HR/IR Perspective Magazine to former Director of Human Resource at Electricity Company of Ghana, Mrs. Cynthia Amartey, following her exclusive feature in the publication.
The presentation was made during a courtesy visit by The Capital Group team as part of efforts to officially engage featured personalities and institutions highlighted in the magazine.
Mrs. Amartey’s feature, titled “Industrial Advantage Through HR: Linking Workforce Strategy to National Development,” explored the strategic role of human resource management in driving operational efficiency, industrial productivity, and national development within Ghana’s power sector.
