Recognizing the vital role that employee development plays in organizational growth, The Capital Group Limited facilitated a two-day leadership training program for managers of Perseus Mining, held from June 18 to 19, 2024, in Ayamfuri. Designed to enhance strategic thinking, leadership awareness, and team development, the workshop focused on areas such as leadership levels, motivation, delegation, conflict management, and aligning leadership practices with the company’s vision. Eighteen executives participated, and the program was delivered by Mr. Samuel L. Adetola, with Prince Awonayame Anankani as co-facilitator.
