Sammy attended Achimota School and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Administration from the School of Administration, University of Ghana; a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science – UK, and a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from the University College of North Wales - UK. He has also participated in many executive training programmes in Europe and the USA including the Wharton Business School, the New York Institute of Finance, Euromoney, and Arthur D. Little - USA.

Mr. Adetola has held Senior Management and Executive Positions in the Standard Chartered Bank and Continental Acceptance Ltd. As a renowned trainer and management consultant, his expertise cuts across Executive Management Development, Marketing and Sales, Industrial Relations, and Finance.

He has successfully undertaken leadership retreats, training & development services, Industrial Relations, and change management programmes for a number of organisations across various sectors including Gold Fields Ghana Limited, Cargill Ghana Limited, Golden Star Resources, Ghana Commercial Bank, Ghana Statistical Service, The Trust Hospital, etc.

He has also played key roles in recruitment and outsourcing services for local and international organisations such as Kelly South Africa, Cargill Ghana Limited, Rio Tinto, Barclays Bank, Heidelberg, Bayer S. A., Standard Chartered Bank, Oando, L’Air Liquide, Ghana Bauxite, etc.
