Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature reviews, desk research, and comparative analysis on industry trends.
• Collect, organize, and interpret data using statistical software such as SPSS, STATA, or R.
• Draft research reports, briefing papers, and executive summaries for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

Purpose:
To ensure accurate and efficient primary data collection through fieldwork, surveys, and interviews, maintaining data integrity and adherence to research protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute fieldwork activities including recruitment, interviews, surveys, and observations.
• Ensure accurate and ethical data collection in line with project protocols and client standards.
• Use digital tools such as ODK, SurveyCTO, or KoboToolbox for electronic data capture.
• Liaise with community leaders or local authorities to gain access to respondents when needed.
• Monitor daily data submissions and resolve any issues related to inconsistencies or errors.
• Train and supervise enumerators or field assistants for large-scale data collection efforts.
• Provide field reports and updates to project coordinators, highlighting key observations or challenges.

Qualifications:
