Job Title: Machine Engineer

Purpose:

As a Machine Engineer, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in our production processes. You will ensure that machines run smoothly, produce high-quality products, and meet production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards (machines include digital printers, digital PCs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machinery according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Report any machinery issues or defects to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in IT or Mechanical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
• Computer Literate (Proficient in Ms Word, Ms Excel etc)
• Certifications in relevant fields.
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of machine operations and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials or stand for extended periods.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
