Three decades of impact, professional excellence and meaningful partnerships marked a significant milestone in the journey of The Capital Group Limited (TCGL) as the company celebrated its 30th Anniversary on October 10, 2026, under the theme “30 Years: A Journey of Service and Partnership.”

The celebration brought together distinguished guests, industry leaders, clients, partners and stakeholders to commemorate the company’s journey, recognize the people and partnerships that have contributed to its growth, and reaffirm its commitment to shaping the future of work through human capital development, professional training, consultancy and organizational growth.

A Milestone Celebration

The 30th Anniversary celebration was a moment of reflection, appreciation and renewed commitment. It provided an opportunity to look back on the company’s achievements, acknowledge the contributions of its leadership and staff, and celebrate the relationships that have shaped its development over the past three decades.

A major highlight of the occasion was the keynote address delivered by the Minister of State in charge of Special Initiatives, Hon. Dr. Abdul-Rashid Hassan Pelpuo, who officially declared the anniversary celebration open.

In his address, the Minister called for stronger collaboration between government and the private sector to create jobs, develop skills and accelerate Ghana’s economic growth. He emphasized that Ghana’s development aspirations require shared responsibility and meaningful partnerships between public institutions and private enterprises.

His message reflected the central idea behind our anniversary theme: that sustainable progress is built through service, collaboration and a common commitment to creating value.

Recognizing Three Decades of Service

The Minister commended our Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Samuel L. Adetola, alongside the Board, management and staff, for their dedication and contribution to the company’s 30-year journey. He particularly acknowledged our work in human resource development, professional training and organizational growth.

The celebration also recognized the leadership and collective efforts that have helped shape The Capital Group Limited over the years. Our Board of Directors, comprising Chairman Mr. Ebenezer Magnus Boye, Mr. Abdul-Rahman Alhassan, Mr. Derek Obuobi and Mr. Samuel Sarpong, has been an important part of the company’s leadership journey, working alongside the Founder and CEO, management and staff in advancing the organization’s vision.

For The Capital Group Limited, this milestone represents the collective efforts of our people, clients, partners and stakeholders who have been part of our journey. Their trust and collaboration have helped shape our experience, strengthen our capabilities and reinforce our commitment to delivering solutions that support individuals and organizations.

Our 30th Anniversary was therefore not simply a celebration of longevity. It was an opportunity to recognize the relationships that have sustained our growth, appreciate the contributions that have shaped our identity, and reflect on the responsibility that comes with three decades of service.

Preparing the Workforce for the Future

A key message from the Minister’s address was the need to prepare Ghana’s workforce for the changing demands of the global economy.

As technology and artificial intelligence continue to transform industries, business operations and workplace practices, he highlighted the importance of equipping workers with relevant skills to remain competitive and take advantage of emerging opportunities. He also encouraged The Capital Group Limited to continue embracing innovation, expanding partnerships and creating opportunities for young people.

This call reinforces the importance of our work in human capital development and professional capacity building. We recognize that organizations must continually adapt, develop their people and strengthen their systems to remain effective in an increasingly dynamic business environment.

As we enter our next chapter, we remain committed to supporting organizations with the knowledge, expertise and people-focused solutions they need to navigate change, improve performance and achieve sustainable growth.

Strengthening Partnerships for Greater Impact

The Minister also reaffirmed the importance of strategic partnerships in advancing national development, emphasizing that collaboration must translate into practical initiatives that improve livelihoods and create meaningful opportunities for Ghanaians.

This message resonates strongly with our anniversary theme, “30 Years: A Journey of Service and Partnership.” Throughout our journey, relationships have remained central to our work. We understand that lasting organizational success depends not only on expertise but also on trust, shared goals and the willingness to work together towards meaningful outcomes.

We believe the future presents greater opportunities for collaboration among businesses, government institutions, development partners and other stakeholders. By strengthening these relationships, we can contribute to a more capable workforce, stronger organizations and a more productive economy.

The Minister’s keynote address and the official opening of the celebration served as important highlights of the occasion, reinforcing the relevance of our work and the opportunities ahead.

Looking Ahead: The Next Chapter

As we celebrate 30 years of service and partnership, we do so with gratitude for the journey behind us and a clear sense of purpose for the future.

Our anniversary is a reminder of how far we have come, the people who have contributed to our progress and the opportunities that lie ahead. It also challenges us to continue evolving, strengthening our services and delivering value to the organizations and communities we serve.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the Minister of State in charge of Special Initiatives, Hon. Dr. Abdul-Rashid Hassan Pelpuo, our Board of Directors, clients, partners, stakeholders, management, staff and everyone who has contributed to the growth and success of The Capital Group Limited over the past three decades.

The first 30 years have been a journey of learning, service, resilience and partnership. As we look to the future, we remain committed to building on this foundation, embracing new possibilities and creating an even greater impact.

Thirty years of service. Thirty years of partnership. One shared commitment to a future of greater possibilities.
